本公司提供各類型沙畫教學課程、體驗班、工作坊及講座,沙畫藝術家鍾雪曾擔任80多間幼稚園、小學、中學、大學、機構之課程導師、講座講師,擁有豐富沙畫教學經驗。

於2022年修畢靜觀減壓課程MBSR,證書獲美國麻省大學醫學院靜觀中心及布朗大學靜觀中心等機構認可。

2022年出版全港首本沙畫教學X心靈療癒書籍:《雪與沙》自癒自學沙畫創作。本書鼓勵讀者由自製燈箱開始,不必花費高昂成本就能踏進沙畫世界,親身體驗沙畫的自由自在。「親手感受沙的觸感、用眼細心看沙粒的大小和移動,你會發現它的不一樣。」本書出版社為孤出版,於書展首發及各大書局有售。

結合靜觀理念的沙畫課程

沙畫創作和靜觀(Mindfulness)的理念有許多不謀而合之處。靜觀是一種精神練習,著重專注於當刻感受,通過不帶批判地觀察事物的訓練,有助我們的大腦養成不受情緒主宰的習慣。沙畫課程以沙作為觀察媒介,幫助學員練習各種感觀的專注力,從中體驗靜觀帶來的身心效益:有助管理情緒及釋放壓力,達至心靈自癒。

we are continuously devoted to the popularization of sand painting– teaching in more than 80 kindergartens/ primary schools/ secondary schools/ universities/ institutions. Apart from teaching courses provided to general pupils, we still provide tailor-made courses for pupils with special education needs (SEN), for physically disabled, and for those with mental stress.

We also rolled out sand-painting classes for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR), with teachers having obtained certificates recognized by  the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health and Society, University of Massachusetts Medical School, USA and Brown University, hoping to integrate sand-painting into MBSR so as to let people penetrating in the world of ‘sand-mindfulness’.

In 2022, we published a book fusing ‘sand-painting teaching’ with ‘mind healing’ –〈Snow & Sand〉.  This book encourages readers to enter into ‘the world of sand’ without prohibitive costs (just beginning with creating oneself a ‘light-box’), getting the firsthand experience of FREEDOM in this wonderful world.

Courses fusing mindfulness with sand-painting
The art of sand-painting and the concept of mindfulness accord with each other in many aspects.
Mindfulness is a sorta spiritual exercise, focusing on immediate feeling for the moment.
Through observing things without prior critical judgement, it helps our brain cultivate habits of not solely being led by own emotions.
The sand-painting course uses “sand” as the media, helping learners practise a wide range of perception concentrations and therefrom experience the merits of mindfulness upon physical and mental health — for emotion management along with stress release, to attain spiritual self-recovery.

各種課程對象、特點及效益

導師鍾雪經驗豐富,曾任教不同對象的沙畫課程。除了就不同年紀的學員設計課程內容,亦有針對各種特別需要的課程:

  • 幼兒:
    著重發展幼兒感觀,認識形狀概念,用簡單手法繪畫有趣的構圖。沙粒可握但難捉緊的觸感,有助開發觸感;配合音樂的身體律動,能刺激幼兒聽覺和節奏感;用手畫沙更是手部肌肉訓練。年紀小至3歲已可參加幼兒沙畫班。
  • 中、小學生:
    沙畫創作自由度大、規範少,創作空間非常廣闊,有助學生培養創意。學生能夠創作屬於自己的故事,有助啟發創意思維及邏輯思考,引導學生樂於表達想法,對寫作等學習能力都有幫助。此外沙畫表演十分eye-catching,由學習、練習,到順利演出,能訓練學生耐心之餘,更能增加自信及成功感。可配合中、小學視藝科課程綱要的兩大學習目標:「培養創意及想像力」、「發展技能與過程」。
  • 成年人:
    都市生活節奏急速、壓力大,而沙畫講求專注,可以慢慢做。通過沙畫課程,暫時放下工作及日常瑣事的煩囂,放慢一下生活節奏,有助調適身心,放鬆心情。
  • 長者:

一般而言,老人家身體機能下降,針對手震、雙手不靈活、肌肉力量減少等情況,沙畫可以幫助長者多運用雙手,保持手部的活動能力。年紀絕對不是限制,80多歲也可以體驗沙畫的樂趣。

  • 認知障礙症患者:
    就病友熟悉的題材,例如有回憶價值的事物作為沙畫創作題目,藉此引發興趣,鼓勵他們表達個人情緒及想法,從而提升自我認同及自信心,尋回存在感,欣賞自己。
  • 有特殊教育需要(SEN)學童:
    利用沙畫容易入門及修改的特點,讓SEN學童更容易通過沙畫創作得到成功感,建立自信,有助他們抒發情緒。沙畫練習亦可培養專注力,改善他們的學習效能。
  • 受情緒問題困擾人仕:

結合靜觀元素,從呼吸、觸覺、視覺等方向入手。練習平穩的呼吸,保持專注於沙粒上,仔細地從不同感官多角度觀察沙粒的流動和變化,藉著專注力練習,提升覺察力,有效抒緩不快情緒。

  • 傷健人仕:
    手部不靈活或肢體障礙者亦可參加,沙畫創作不限於用手進行,也有全身體驗的元素;而且沙的質感豐富而獨特,視障人仕亦可享受其中。傷健人仕課程需要更直接有效的指導,本公司導師具有豐富的相關經驗,理解傷健人仕進入沙畫世界時的需要。

Prospective learners/Features/Merits
Ms. Snow Chung is a sand-painting teacher, having rich experience in training learners of different ages and of different needs.
She provides courses focusing on the needs for-
Children:
We emphasize developing children’s perception to recognize the concept of shapes, through painting interesting pictures in simple ways.
The unique feature of sand, when touched to be graspable but easy-to-run-off, can help children exploiting their sense of differentiating states of texture; Working with body movements with music, it helps stimulating children’s hearing and their sense of rhythum;
Painting ”sand” itself is exactly kinda exercises to develop hand muscles –even a 3-year-old kid can experience such merits!
Primary and Secondary Students:
The art of sand-painting is known as potentially covering a wide scope of topics, allowing exercising freedom with few regulations and definitely room for creativity.
Learners can create stories belonging to themselves, which help inspiring creativity and logical thinking, lead them to the capability to express their own thoughts as improving different learning skills.
What’s more, sand-painting performance is an eye-catching art.
From learning, practising to performing, it trains students in patience, self-confidence and sense of achievement as well, working with the objectives of Visual Arts, a subject held in primary and secondary schools in HK — cultivating creativity and imagination, developing talents with due process.
Adults:
Even if you live in a fast-paced and stressed-out city, sand-painting can be a way to slow down by exercising concentration without any deadlines to meet. By participating in the sand-painting courses, one can let go of daily chores , slowing down one’s pace, as helps condition mental and physical status.
Elderly:
Generally speaking, elderly suffering from hand tremors are due to the loss of muscles in some parts of their bodies.
Exercising specific muscle movements helps maintain the ability to use hands flexibly.Age is not the limitation to sand-painting — even a 80-year-old elderly can do it!
Those suffering from Dementia:
Using the topics that patients are familiar with and interested in,
for example, things evoking pieces of memory as a starting point,
we encourage patients to express their personal emotions and thoughts, promoting self-recognition and self-confidence therefrom–validating their own existence and learning self-appreciation.
Special-education-needed (SEN) pupils:
Taking advantage of the fact that sand-painting is easy to take up and easy to make corrections, we let pupils even with SEN easily get a sorta sense of achievement, build self-confidence and vent emotions therein.
Sand-painting is good at building pupils’ focus, thus improving their learning effectiveness.
Emotionally afflicted:
Fusing with elements of mindfulness, from breathing, touching,
seeing to hearing, we exercise concentration on pieces of sand with stable breath, using various senses to ‘observe’ the sand flow
–enhancing the power of  observation and concentration to distract oneself from harmful emotions.
Physically disabled:
Even the physically disabled (including but not limited to those unflexibly using hands) can join our sand-painting classes, as sand painting involves elements requiring experience submerged with the whole body,
apart from using hands. Since the texture of sand is not only unique but also diverse, those visually impaired are still able to feel and enjoy it.
As we know that learners with disabilities indeed need direct guidance from an experienced teacher,
